Could matching associates to the right clients every Monday make you more money?

Last week, Ron Friedmann wrote about a new approach by IBM to making more money by making its teams work happier and better. This week, Ron's at it again, suggesting yesterday that "improving the process of assigning associates could improve partner profits."
