Ethics of Ads That Shout Settle

Mike Cernovich wonders about the ethics of a law firm advertisement seeking talented attorneys to settle cases.  Here's the text of the ad from Mike's post:

We have over 130 active cases and growing, primarily in the practice of wage and hour law inclusive of class actions and we are looking for additional counsel to handle the expanding workload.   We take the initiative and aggressively litigate each case. We do not tolerate delaying tactics as early resolution is our objective. As a result almost all cases are settled and are rarely tried.

Mike wonders whether the firm's practice of settling cases is always in the best interest of a client -- and is suspicious about the firm's motives.   He wonders whether the firm actively pursues defendants against whom it can win cases rather than seeking to represent clients truly wronged. But Mike is also open to the possibility that he's reading too much into all of this.  What's your take?
