The practice group for golden parachute popping?

Michael Fox, blogger of Jottings by an Employer's Lawyer, has some jottings on the shareholder lawsuit challenging the compensation given to former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.   Fox writes:

"This suit may have more foundation as concerns over an earlier severance package, $17 million to Michael Capellas for his seven month tenure as President, led to a shareholder approved policy to limit future severance packages.

This is not the first, nor likely to be ..."

Not surprisingly, he says there's a firm that's carved out a niche with executive compensation lawsuits. Read on.
