Blogs as an Amicus Brief in Action
Credit Howard Bashman for calling this one. Just a week after Bashman wrote about how blogs are one vast appellate brief, the dissenters in a 9th Circuit decision, issued Monday, extensively cited Volokh in their dissent. Thanks to Denise Howell and Kevin O'Keefe for flagging this interesting tidbit.
