Happy 4th of July

For those of you who haven't yet cleared out early for this three day weekend, here's to a Happy 4th of July from all of us here at Legal Blog Watch.  And if you have a moment free from the fireworks and barbecues and beach, take some time to re-read the Declaration and reflect on the liberties that we enjoy:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
