'Obamacare' Aficionados Rejoice: ACA Litigation Blog Is Up and Running
Thanks to the Volokh Conspiracy, I found out this morning about the ACA Litigation Blog, a one-stop repository for all the court filings in both cases challenging the new health care law.
The site is run by Professor Brad Joondeph of Santa Clara University Law School, and is well-organized, clean and simple. Joondeph doesn't just link to the documents, but provides commentary on some of the filings, and breaks down the relevant issues. See, for example, his piece on the standing issue that will likely be addressed in the court's ruling on the government's motion to dismiss the Florida lawsuit.
If you're interested in following the health care litigation from an attorney/law professor's point of view, go check it out.
