Blawg Review Throws Perfect Game

Here in my part of the world, tomorrow marks the Red Sox home opener, but in the legal blogosphere, baseball season officially starts today with Blawg Review #103 or, as its author, Jonathan D. Frieden, calls it, the BaseBlawg Review. Frieden, an IP lawyer at Odin Feldman Pittleman in Fairfax, Va., pitches us a brief history of and primer on the game of baseball as he takes us on a tour of the week's legal blog postings. In the process, he covers the infield-fly rule and the Black Sox scandal at the same time that he touches on conflicts of law, criminal sentencing and trademark disputes. Let's just call Frieden the Dice-K of legal bloggers.
