Blawging 101

A new department of study launched this week in the College of Law, and every one of its professors is a legal blogger. As outlined in the course catalog, the department's offerings include courses covering bad legal arguments, electronic discovery, ethics and the solo practitioner, billing methods and ethics and trial preparation. Unfortunately, this law school exists only online and is yet to be accredited. But it is worth some moments of matriculation as the creative legal blogger David Gulbransen (aka Preaching to the Perverted) presents Blawg Review #122 in the form of a law school course catalog.
