Blawg Review Seeks Equitable Relief

Many patent lawyers were dancing the Papelbon jig last week after a federal judge in Virginia entered an injunction against new U.S. Patent and Trademark Office continuation rules. Chicago IP litigator R. David Donoghue has little interest in continuation rules, but much interest in injunctions, he says. Accordingly, the author of Chicago IP Litigation Blog devotes his hosting of Blawg Review #133 this week to blog posts that play on this mainstay of equitable relief. Who'd a thunk so many bloggers would touch on topics related to injunctions in a single week? Donoghue finds them, discussing injunctions everywhere from Second Life to horse racing -- and never once explaining continuation rules.
