Friday's Three Burning Legal Questions

Here are today's three burning legal questions, along with the answers provided by the blogosphere.

1) Question: What is going on here? My phone has been ringing all day with guys from my high school trying to ask me out!

Answer: There could be a lot of reasons, but did your school newspaper come out today by any chance? (OnPointNews, Students Named in Oral Sex Exposé Lose Privacy Suit)

2) Question: I'm an alternative health supplement guru and I've been dutifully taking my namesake product twice per day as I recommend to my followers. But I must say I feel absolutely horrible!  Any thoughts?

Answer: Get that product tested. Sometimes the manufacturer will accidentally put in 1,000 times the recommended dose of Vitamin D, which can bring down even a guru. (ABC News, Alternative Health Guru Sues Company Over His Own Product

3) Question: My mum's dog attacked our postman. I tried to help him then one thing led to another and now I think I'm pregnant.

Answer: Hmmm. Many potential legal issues here, some far more tricky than others. But first there is a major "sentence structure" question we need to ask you off-line. (FAIL Blog, Advice Column Fail)
